At OnePe, we aim to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to both customers and vendors. Below are the guidelines for canceling orders across the different types of products and services available on our platform.

1. Physical Products

Our physical goods are custom-made by local artisans, often crafted to order. Therefore, cancellations are limited for physical product purchases.

  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations for physical product orders can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed, and no further cancellations will be accepted.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for customized products are final and cannot be canceled once placed.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations are not possible after the purchase is completed.

  • No Cancellations: Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage you to review all product details thoroughly before confirming your purchase.

3. SaaS Products

SaaS products are offered on a subscription basis. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time through your account settings.

  • Cancellation of Subscription: You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time. However, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a subscription period.
