1. Order Cancellation by Customers
- Customers may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.
- Digital product orders cannot be canceled once the product has been delivered.
- To request a cancellation, customers must:
- Log in to their account.
- Navigate to the Orders section and check the cancellation eligibility.
- Submit a cancellation request before the order is processed.
- If the order is already shipped or delivered, customers must follow the Return Policy instead.
2. Order Cancellation by Sellers
Sellers may cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock.
- There is an issue with the payment or shipping details.
- The order is flagged for fraud or security reasons.
If a seller cancels an order, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- If the cancellation request is approved before the order is processed, a full refund will be issued.
