At OnePe, we take pride in the quality of the products and services offered by our vendors. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we’ve outlined our return policy for each product type below.

1. Physical Products

Our physical goods are handcrafted by local artisans, meaning each item is unique and made to order. As such, we do not accept returns for physical products.

  • No Returns: Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or repair.

2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final due to the instant delivery and access to the content provided.

  • No Returns: Digital products, once purchased and delivered, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Please ensure that the product meets your needs by reviewing the product description before purchasing.

3. SaaS Products

For SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products, you have access to the service as long as your subscription remains active.

  • Subscription Terms: SaaS products are accessible during the paid subscription period. No returns or refunds are available for time already used.
  • Canceling Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
